If it is found that an order has been placed to cash out the paid amount, legal action may be taken. Seller accounts ordering from their own shops using cashback or any other balance will be considered a violation, and both the seller and customer accounts may face consequences.

Stock Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary, irrespective of the duration.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery may take longer than the usual timeframe due to various factors. The estimated delivery time is subject to working days and may be affected by external circumstances. Delays may occur due to force majeure events such as political unrest or holidays.

Returns Policy: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the specified return window. You need to report the refund type (e.g., bKash, bank) and provide the necessary details for processing. The refund process may take up to 30 working days or more, depending on the payment service gateway provider's policies. The refund will be initiated through the same payment channel used for the purchase. Extra cashback or bonuses will not be provided for refunded amounts, and we are not liable for any service charges associated with the refunded amount.
